Just east of Skalochori is an unpaved track located that leads you through some semi open and dry landscape, and provides some great oppurtunity for breeding Ólífusöngvari. The area is also good for common migrants, like Grágrípur and Laufglói. Other local breeders that can be found here are Grímusvarri and Þýðsöngvari.
