Seeländereien bei Frose is a wetland of approximately 75 hectares. It has reed areas, shallow lakes, small bodies of water and shore areas that offer a rich supply of food. Even rare bird species such as Kolstorkur, Brúnheiðir, Kolþerna, Heiðlóa, Vepja, Hrossagaukur, Blábrystingur and the colorful Býsvelgur can be found here during the bird migration season.
