The area around the Moosalbe stream has meadows, marshlands, still and flowing waters and forest. At the start of the walk you will find the natural lake Kottelbachweiher. Birds you can observe in the area include Svartspæta, Fauskspæta, Toppmeisa, Barrmeisa, Hnotigða and Gultittlingur.

Access
The Moosalbe is located south of the town of Trippstadt. You can reach the area by car, bike and on foot. Press P on the map for directions to a parking area. From the parking you can walk along the Moosalbe or make a circular walk through the forest.
