Max-Eyth-See is a gravel pit lake in Stuttgart. Year round an abundance of birds can be seen here. You can walk around the 600 meter long lake. Chance of seeing birds like Bláþyrill, Gráhegri, Dílaskarfur, Sefsöngvari and if you are lucky Vatnagleða or Nátthegri.
The Max-Eyth-See is located on the northern outskirts of Stuttgart along the river Neckar. The area is easily accessed by car and by subway. Press P on the map for directions to the parking lot. You will find two restaurants at the lake: “Haus am See” and “Treffpunkt am See”.
