Description

Kronensee is a former sand and gravel pit that has been transformed into a recreational area spanning 40 hectares. The lake’s diverse habitats with open water, reed beds, and surrounding woodlands support both resident and migratory birds. The lake has a sandy beach and lawns for sunbathing. Due to the recreational crowds in the summer, there are fewer birds to see on the lake in the summer.
