Description
The 1,500 hectare wilderness area of Anklamer Stadtbruch is home to numerous nice species such as Haförn, Grátrana, Rósafinka, Skeggþerna, Straumsöngvari and Sefþvari. In summer you can still find large numbers of Grátrana. Also all kinds of raptors are common like Svölugleða, Gjóður, Vatnagleða, Brúnheiðir and Gunnfálki.

Parking in Bugewitz (click on the P on the map to get directions). The best way to explore the area from there is by bicycle. The circular route that is shown on the map is about 10,5 km.
