Description

A terril is a pile of waste rock resulting from mining. The surroundings of Terril Marie-Louise are a good place to observe Pungmeisa, Bláheiðir and Grásvarri when they make a migratory stopover here.

Terril Marie-Louise is located between the towns of Stafferfelden, Pulverheim and Bollwiller. It is possible to park nearby. Click on a P in the map for directions. From the parking you can explore the area on foot.
