Description

La Roche Sèche at low tide (see link to tide table below) welcomes Sanderla, Hettumáfur, and Silfurmáfur. It is also home to Strandlóa that breeds here and returns every year. Margæs, Dílaskarfur and Þaraþerna can be spotted near the beach, on the water or flying by. And there are also the dunes, which are home to Hagaskvetta, Sönglævirki and Strandtittlingur. Note that in summer, people come to swim in the area.
