Description

Frydenstrand is a shallow wading area in front of the beach in Frederikshavn. The area is easily accessible and there is also a small fortification, Nordre Skanse. Good place to observe waders, gulls, terns and ducks such as Tjaldur, Grálóa, Sandlóa, Þaraþerna, Hettumáfur, Flatnefur, Stelkur and Lóuþræll.
