Description

I often search for birds around the small, peaceful village of Filipovo. The open farmland with its ponds, streams and wooded areas is a great location as it's quiet with many different habitats. Good for birds like Býsvelgur, Þyrnisvarri, Dílagaukur, Skógarsnípa, Hvítstorkur and Kolstorkur.

Best to park on the side of the road just after driving through Filipovo. Beware of electric cattle fences.
