Description

Glendale Depot has varied habitats. The open grasslands and apple box woodlands, the forested ridge and the river attract a wide range of species. Birds that can be observed include Wedge-tailed Eagle, Southern Whiteface, Diamond Firetail, Restless Flycatcher, White-winged Triller, Scarlet Robin, Crescent Honeyeater, Fuscous Honeyeater, Pallid Cuckoo, Dusky Woodswallow, Satin Bowerbird and Hooded Robin.

Access

Glendale Depot is located just off Boboyan Road, near the Glendale picnic area in Namadgi National Park, south of Canberra. Watch for the signs on Boboyan Rd for the Glendale picnic area. The Depot is just after the picnic area, on the left (short unsealed road up to carpark). Press P on the map for directions.
