Berki poszáta can be reliably expected and usually seen, with patience. The adjacent car park is known as a gull roost and fequently includes unusual gulls. The reedbeds are home to Barkóscinege, Foltos nádiposzáta, cserregő nádiposzáta and Jégmadár.
