Frugårds udde is a headland with beach forest, grasslands, wet fields and reeds. An area with many waders, ducks, birds of prey and small birds. Rétisas are often visible.

You can park at designated place (See the P on the map) and walk on the forest road about 1.3 km into the area. There is also an observation tower (see the map).
