Description

Birding is not the main activity done on the island Blå Jungfrun nor are there any specifically good birding spots. Birding is best done walking along the trail and overlooking the sea or bushes. This island used to have a small population of Fekete lumma, however the population has been in a steep decline the past decade and nowadays only a handfull breed on the island. Other birds like Rétisas and Füstös réce can be seen around the island. A scope could be useful for watching the birds at sea but it will also be a challenge to carry it around the island.
