Description
Punta de Sa Pedrera is an easily accessed area of rocky coastline with excellent views of the area. Kék kövirigó can be seen in the scrub around the top of the cliffs below which Vándorsólyom breeds. kövi pacsirta can also bee seen in the area.
During migration large numbers of hirundines and swifts can pass overhead and the occasional wader can drop onto the shoreline. It's also worth checking the area for passerine migrants such as rozsdás csuk and Kerti rozsdafarkú. Offshore Sárgalábú sirály and Korallsirály are easily seen and when there is sufficient wind both Mediterrán vészmadár (diomedea) and baleári vészmadár can be seen in San Antonio bay. Üstökös kárókatona is also present in good numbers.
