In the parks of Prado and La Alameda in Talavera de la Reina, the number of Mezei veréb and Erdei pinty is surprising, to which are added a multitude of finches and other less frequent birds in parks, such as the Sárgarigó and the Berki poszáta. The river is also rich in birds and you can see many rails and herons.

The Roman bridge, full of lizards, gives access to the island of Chamelo. That is the most natural area. The abundant presence of Mezei veréb and forest birds in the city is surprising. The tiles in the Park represent native birds.
