A city park with different forest environments and crossed by a river that allows you to see different species of birds.
Parque Forestal Juan Carlos I is a city park in Melilla. Because the park has diverse habitats and water running through it, the area attracts many birds. Furthermore those birds are relatively easy to see. Among the birds you can encounter in the park are Vadgerle, Pálmagerle, Halvány sarlósfecske, billegetőcankó, Kis kócsag, Pásztorgém, Kanalasgém, Karvaly, Pusztai ölyv, Búbos banka, Szalakóta, Nyaktekercs, Barbary Falcon, örvös papagáj, vörösfejű gébics, afrikai kékcinege, spanyol geze, barna bülbül, pásztormejnó, Fülemüle and Sövénysármány.
