Description

Las Pajarrancas has steep rocky walls that are home to a wide variety of birds of prey such as Barátkeselyű, Dögkeselyű, Uhu, ibériai sas, Héjasas or Szirti sas. Its riparian forest is home to a wide variety of forest birds such as Kis fakopáncs or Erdei pityer. The Duero River has birds such as Jégmadár or Búbos vöcsök . Together with the surrounding countryside, which considerably increases the variety of species, this makes this birdingplace a great place for bird watching near Zamora.

Espagnol: Grandes paredes rocosas junto a un riberas y campos de cereal ubicado a 5 km de Zamora. Sus grandes paredes de piedra, albergan gran variedad de rapaces como el Buitre Negro, el Búho Real, el Águila Imperial Ibérica o el Águila Real. Su bosque de ribera alberga una gran variedad de aves forestales como el Pico Menor o el Bisbita Arbóreo. El río Duero, como siempre, viene acompañado de aves como el Martin Pescador o el Somormujo Lavanco. Todo esto, unido a la campiña circundante, que amplía la variedad de especies considerablemente, lo vuelven un lugar genial para la observación de aves en pleno municipio de Zamora.
