In front of the Bornizal protected area in the Villaviciosa Estuary. Good observations of waders at low tide.
Ermita de la Asunción is located on the bank of the Villaviciosa Estuary near Bornizal Island. At low tide you can see many waders, egrets and ducks. For example Gulipán, Csigaforgató, Ezüstlile, Parti lile, Kis póling, Nagy póling, Kis goda, billegetőcankó, Piroslábú cankó, Szürke cankó and Kanalasgém. Interesting place with little space that is not usually frequented by many people. See a link to the tide table below.

Espagnol: En frente del área protegida del Bornizal en la Ría de Villaviciosa. Buenas observaciones de limicolas en marea baja. Orilla de la ría cercana a la iska del Bornizal. Zarapito real y trinador, águila pescadora, correlimos, cormoran grande, garceta comun y grande, anátidas. Lugar interesante pero con poco espacio. No suele ser frecuentado por mucha gente.
You can get to Ermita de la Asunción by car. There is a small parking space in front of the chapel. Place for observation from a static point. Press P on the map for directions.
