A small wetland and forest area popular with the citizens of north Poznań. Mostly common birds such as Nagy fakopáncs and széncinege.
Rezerwat Żurawiniec is an easy escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Different species of woodpeckers can be observed. Also, because of the wetlands, there is a possibility to find some species of water birds.
The place can easily be reached by city buses and trams from both west and east (Piątkowo and Naramowice). By car, there are numerous parking spaces in the neighbourhoods. The place is popular with walkers and cyclists alike.
