Former fishponds that have rewilded and now are a protected bird area.
The fishponds in Kraśnicza Wola are part of the "Rozłogi" wilderness. Along with the surrounding areas of agricultural lands and forest they are part of an important Bird |Area (IBA) with an area of about 1300 ha. The ponds are not in use anymore and the last time fish were bred here was in 1995. Since then maintenance of ponds haven't been carried out so now the heavily overgrown ponds show a high degree of naturalness. Despite the small area, the fishponds are an important place for birds and good for birdwatching.
