Description
Part of the area belongs to a public park, while the rest is private (and not well kept). Still, it is possible to walk all around the lake (around 45 minutes + birding stops). There is a roost of Pásztorgém, a feral small population of Kanadai lúd and recently some Kis kárókatona. In the last years, wintering birds have included Siskin, Nádi sármány, Erdei szürkebegy and Függőcinege. Other nice birds are törpegém, Jégmadár and Sárgarigó. During spring migration several passerine birds stop for a few days, including kis poszáta, Szürke légykapó and Kormos légykapó. Rarities are possible (Collared flycatcher in 2018).
On sunny weekends a lot of people visit the area, so expect disturbance.

Access
Free parking at the entrance of the park. Easy to access (public area). Walking paths are also accessible but not so well kept in the private area.
