Salt ponds 20 km north of Eilat that are rich in birds. Rózsás flamingó, waders, shore birds almost all year round. Late spring is good for raptors coming to drink, like Darázsölyv. Birds that are often seen are smaragdgyurgyalag, Lichtenstein's Sandgrouse, fehérszárnyú szerkő, Lócsér, Kanalas réce, Nyílfarkú réce, Gólyatöcs, Gulipán, Ezüstlile, Sivatagi lile, Széki lile, Parti lile, Tüskés bíbic, Nagy goda, Piroslábú cankó, Füstös cankó, Havasi partfutó, Apró partfutó, Tavi cankó and Pajzsoscankó. Access
Come off Route 90 from the south, turn near km 20 marking, drive due east. Passable for all kinds of vehicles. Some parts may be muddy at times.
