Description

Salzwiesen Bülk is an area of rewetted meadows. In the open area, hundreds of geese such as Nyári lúd, Kanadai lúd and ducks such as Kendermagos réce, Kanalas réce and Fütyülő réce can be seen, especially during migration. There are also a variety of waders, such as Sárszalonka and Aranylile.

The road and footpath lead directly past the area and offer good observation opportunities. At the end of the road is the Bülk lighthouse. Other waders can be seen on the beach, for example the kőforgató and Tengeri partfutó. Rare, exceptional sightings are also possible, such as the Keleti sárgabillegető, which is very rare in Germany.
