Reservoir with a 2 km circular walk, surrounded by mixed woodland.
The Fuelbecker Talsperre is home to various waterfowl and woodland species. There are not usually great numbers of birds present on the reservoir itself, but with a bit of patience it is usually possible to see Kontyos réce, Tőkés réce, Mandarinréce and Kárókatona.
The woodland surrounding the reservoir is richer in birdlife. Fekete harkály, kormosfejű cinege, Fenyvescinege, Búbos cinege, Süvöltő, Léprigó and sárgafejű királyka can be observed here. There is also a good chance of seeing a Holló over the forest.
The Fuelbecker Talsperre is easily accessed along a circular path, with a car park nearby. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking. The road up to the reservoir is quite steep and narrow, so watch out for oncoming traffic.
