Description

The Bihécourt ponds are a natural oasis in between agricultural lands and are a haven for birds. The ponds are popular with fishermen. Among the birds you can see are Kanalas réce, Kis vöcsök, Kis lile, Kakukk, Barna rétihéja, Jégmadár, Sárgarigó, Fülemüle and Berki poszáta.

Access

You can make a circular walk from the village of Vermand or just park at the roadside near the lakes. On the map you see a circular walk of 8,5 km through the surrounding area and fields.
