Description
The Pärnu coastal meadows attract quite a few wetland birds. Most notebly citrombillegető. The areas sandbanks are often brimming with waders during low water levels during the migration. The reed beds surrounding the coastal meadows hold reed birds like cserregő nádiposzáta, Bölömbika, Guvat, Barkóscinege, Énekes nádiposzáta, Berki tücsökmadár, Berki nádiposzáta, Barkóscinege, Nádi sármány and Nádi tücsökmadár.

Access
There are a few parking spots next to the birdwatching towers. As the coastal meadows are next to the city Pärnu parking is easy although often crowded. There are long trails through the entire area, so the area is easy to explore on foot.
