130 hectares of forest with steep slopes and gorges down to the sea. Parts of the area has been covered in forest since the last ice age.
Den Danske Naturfond bought Kollund Skov in 2017. Logging and hunting has been stopped, drainage will be removed to ensure natural hydrology and hopefully restore the two large forest bogs.
