Description
Dubový Rybník is a shallow pond where rare birds like Rétisas or Halászsas sometimes show up. Among the breeding birds are Barna rétihéja, Sárszalonka, Nádirigó and Szürke gém. In February and March, when they arrive from wintering grounds there is a chance to see Daru. Focus your binoculars on the reed beds and surrounding meadows to find them. All year round you can watch the hunting efforts of the Jégmadár or Szürke gém on the pond.
