Zeebrugge  >  Belgium

Cross as a reminder of the more than 150 accidental fishermen on the east coast. One of the few green places with trees in the port of Zeebrugge.

Description

Visserskruis (Fisherman's cross) is a good place to spot birds passing through the coastline, with the chance of finding a rarity. Always worth it when you are in the area. Not the nicest place for walking, unless you like ports. Good place for spotting tüzesfejű királyka, Vándorfüzike, Kormos légykapó, Szürke légykapó and Nyaktekercs. On a rare occasion you can even find a Kis légykapó.
