Groot Molsbroek is a nature reserve with a diverse landscape of marsh, wet forest, river dunes, reed lands and open waters.
The mosaic of landscape types makes Groot Molsbroek a great place to watch a lot of different bird species. Among the birds you can see here are Bütykös ásólúd, Kanalas réce, Csörgo réce, Dankasirály, törpegém, Szürke gém, Kis kócsag, Nagy fakopáncs, tengelic, Kékbegy, Foltos nádiposzáta, Jégmadár, Búbos vöcsök, Feketenyakú vöcsök, Barátréce, Nagy póling, Bölömbika, Sárszalonka, Guvat, Zöld küllo and Berki poszáta.
You can discover the area by foot or bike, after parking your car at different spots. At the Molsbergenstraat you find the visitor center where you can get a map of the area. There are parking spots in Molbergenstraat and Hamstraat 1. Click on a P in the map for directions. The circular walking route on the map is about 8 km.
