Little Wilbraham Fen is a SSSI, which has a large area of fen and neutral grassland with scrub and open water communities.
Wilbraham Fens is a 62.5 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest east of Cambridge. This is an example of a fen habitat, which is now rare in Britain, with grassland, scrub, ponds and ditches. Wilbraham Fens support nationally-important populations of breeding birds. Velika Strnadica also roost in large numbers in winter.
The adjoining Teversham fen offers a chance to see a range of waders and waterfowl, especially in Spring. Wilbraham Common offers a chance to encounter spring migrants, such as Sivkasta Bjeloguza and breeding birds like Trčka.
Parking is easy on nearby layby and public footpaths cross the fens
