Description
Pontcysyllte Aqueduct is the highest canal aqueduct in the world providing excellent views over the River Dee that flows 127 feet below. Mandarinska patka, Veliki ronac, Divlja Patka, Vodenkos and other riparian species are expected. Whilst in the air around you corvids, raptors and hirundines fly playfully in the wind, e.g., Čiopa, Škanjac, Gačac.
In the trees alongside the canal by which you walk, finches, tits and thrushed are abundant (Jelova sjenica, Zviždak, Zeba, Palčić, etc.).
