Cleeve Hill has an area of 400 Hectares at the height of 330 metres. It is an Area of Site of Special Scientific Interest. Various birds of prey.
Cleeve Hill is a large area. One corner of the hill is a golf club. There are large flat areas and small hills with various horizons. There are small areas of very old trees, mainly beech. One can spend many hours walking around the hill with the ups and downs ground. Recently a Bijela strnadica was spotted. Over the many years I have walked up on Cleeve Hill there is always something to see in the bird world. Among the birds recently seen are Crnoglavi Batić, Juričica, Žuta strnadica, Planinski kos, Crvena lunja and Crnokapa Grmuša.
There is a car park near the Cleeve Hill golf clubhouse in a large safe worked out quarry. No charge. Also off road parking at the entrance to the hill from the B4632 main road. The circular walk suggested on the map is about 8,5 km long.
