The Botanic Park is close to city center of Eskisehir and therefore easy to reach via public transport. The Botanic Park and its surroundings are a very good place for birding that is full of surprising bird species. Waterfowl, egrets, passerines and raptors are all possible groups to observe. Some of the birds you can expect are Mali Gnjurac, Crnogrli Gnjurac, Bjelobrada Čigra, Svilorepa, Mala Prutka, Žuta Čaplja, Vodomar, Batokljun, Black Vulture, Crkavica, Orao krstaš, Pupavac, Pčelarica and Crnoglava Strnadica.
