Description
Due to the presence of shallow pools, the Vadu area is popular with waders such as Plosnatokljuni Žalar, Vlastelica, Sijedi Žalar, Mali Žalar, Morski Kulik and Tankokljuna liskonoga. In spring and autumn it is a good place for migratory birds. But also in summer many marsh birds such as Čaplja Danguba, Blistavi Ibis, Bjelobrada Čigra, Gak, Eja Močvarica, Siva Štijoka and Stepski trstenjak are breeding in this area.
