Description

Salinas Santiago da Fonte is owned by the University of Aveiro. It is an easy access area that provides rest, shelter and food for birds from the nearby Ria de Aveiro. Birds tend to be really close and the area is accessible all year round.

Access

The Salinas Santiago da Fonte are located directly west of the University of Aveiro. To get there follow A25 towards Aveiro. Exit to Aveiro and continue towards 'Universidade'. Instead of turning to the university car park, the salines are on the right hand side. Press P on the map for directions.
