Brzostowo is absolutely the best birdwatching spot in Biebrza National park, with the overview of parks meadows you can easily observe Vivak, Pršljivac, Crnorepa Muljača, Crvenonoga Prutka and Prutka Migavica. Big concentrations of all kinds of ducks like Zviždara, Patka Lastarka, Patka Pupčanica, Patka Kreketaljka, Kržulja, swans (early spring) Mali labud, Žutokljuni Labud and geese Lisasta Guska, Tundra guska, Siva Guska and other more rare geese. During the spring season all Polish terns are present at the spot. Štekavac patrol the area every day.
