Description
The saline di Carloforte are a wetland bordering the town of Carloforte. The salt marshes are easily reached by car, which can be used as a mobile hide. There is a path that runs along part of the salt pans. In the area there are wooden poles used as perches by some birds, especially in the evening. It is easy to observe birds, even from the car. Among the intersting birds are Mala Čigra, Modronoga Sabljarka and Plamenac.
