Description

Lessinia Regional Nature Park is very rich in birds and many special birds can be seen here. Crna žuna, Planinski ćuk, Ušara, Suri orao, Zmijar, Crvenonoga Vjetruša, Tetrijeb ruševac, Tetrijeb gluhan, Lještarka, Zlatovrana, Jastreb, Jarebica Kamenjarka, Snježna zeba, Alpski popić, Kreja, Kosac, Kamenjar, Vodenkos, Gorski zviždak, Šareni kulik, Primorska Bjeloguza, Rusi Svračak, Veliki svračak, Crvenokrili litičar . . . all these and more, depending on the season. Plus marmot, deer, chamois, red squirrel, wild boar and wolves, and an astonishing array of butterflies, orchids and other wildlife.
