Description
The mouth of the Coghinas river has been identified by the Bird Life International as an IBA (Important Birds Area). The vegetation is lush everywhere, with rushes and reeds both along the banks and at the mouth, characterised by sand dunes. The bird species that can be observed include Morski Kulik, Vlastelica, Mala Čigra, Mala Bijela Čaplja, Gak, Krivokljuna Prutka, Šivalica and Eja Močvarica.
