South of the main road, next to the saltpans, a large field consisting of lower vegetation and seasonal pools is located. Groups of pipits, wagtails and larks, like Rusogrla trepteljka and Kratkoprsta ševa, can be seen here too, feeding in the surrounding grassy vegetation. Also, the electricity wires along the road and in the field are great for Pčelarica, Pupavac, shrikes and swallows. During migration, flocks of Crvenonoga Vjetruša can be seen here too. Raptors can be seen hunting above these fields too, like Eja Močvarica.
Further down the road, near the seaside, you can walk along the beach and check the bushes for Živičnjak. The fields next to the beach are great for flocks of pipits, wagtails and larks, like Primorska Trepetljka and Kratkoprsta ševa. The area is also used as breeding ground for Ćukavica.
