Description
At the south of the Mytilini peninsula is Charamida (or Haramida) Marsh. Easy to get to, lots of birds can be found there. In spring it is sometimes difficult to view the pools due to the tall reeds. In autumn the site is dry but still attracts many migrants and Crnoglava Grmuša occurs here year-round. Other birds you van observe in the area include Hridna lastavica, Muharica, Crnokapi svračak, Mrka Crvenrepka, Crnoglavi Batić, Sivi Sokol, Blistavi Ibis, Vlastelica, Sivkasta Bjeloguza, Patka Njorka, Patka Pupčanica, Vijoglav, Čukar, Sivi Voljić and Istočna strnadica.
