Several kilometers southeast of Agiasos, the sanatorium is located. The surrounding pine forests are great for breeding Krüper's Nuthatch. Other species that can be found here are Istočni gorski zviždak and Žutarica, besides more common species like Crvenoglavi djetlić and Kratkoprsti puzavac.
