Description

The Westpark is a good place for watching more common birds. The pond is home to many Divlja Patka, some Egipatska guska, Liska and Mlakuša. In the trees you can find Dugorepa Sjenica, Kratkoprsti puzavac, Brgljez and Veliki Djetlić. If you walk around the pond, it is possible to see almost all of the listed birds.

In the summer the park had a breeding pair of Kanadska guska. Sometimes a Siva Čaplja flies and lands near the water. At least in the autumn there are some Veliki Vranac resting here. Vodomar lives in the area, which you might be able to spot.
