Description

Stradower Teiche is an easily accessible pond landscape near Vetschau and can be reached in about 10 minutes from the motorway exit. You can park right in the middle of the pond landscape and from there you can immediately see the various ponds. If you follow the main path you have a good chance of: Žutokljuni Labud, Bukoč, Riđogrli Gnjurac, Velika Bijela Čaplja, Vodomar and Crvena lunja.

There is also a lot to discover in the surrounding area. To the southeast is the large lake Wiesenteich, from whose north bank it is worth taking a look towards the fields. Various bird species can be found in the fields, the forested parts and on the lake itself. For example Vivak, Poljska Ševa,Patka Kreketaljka, Glavata Patka, Krunata Patka, Patka Žličarka and Crvenoglavi djetlić.
