Schlosspark Charlottenburg is the oldest park preserved in Berlin and Postdam. In the freely accessible park you will find ponds and canals and the first baroque garden in Germany. The Charlottenburg Palace Park is a nice place for some urban birding. Mostly common birds like Čvorak, Crvendać, Golub Grivnjaš, Plavetna Sjenica and Velika Sjenica. But also birds like Jastreb, Kobac, Vodomar, Crvenoglavi djetlić, Veliki Djetlić, Zelena žuna, Mandarinska patka, Žuti Voljić, Slavuj, Muharica and Šumska Crvenperka.
Easy to reach from Berlin with public transport. By U-bahn: Sophie-Charlotte-Platz, Richard-Wagner Platz. By Bus: line 309 or M45.
