Description

The Rohrdommelfläche is a must for bird lovers. The nature reserve is only accessible on foot or by bike. A walk on the narrow dam between the Nette and the flooded areas will lead you directly to open water areas and reeds, which provide food, breeding grounds and hiding places for a large number of birds. You can see different types of birds, different with each visit. Among the birds that breed here are Trstenjak cvrkutić, Močvarna Strnadica, Mali Gnjurac and different species of ducks and other waterbirds.
