Description
The typical species of a city can be seen at the Decksteiner Weiher in summer. On the lake Kanadska guska, Egipatska guska, Ćubasti Gnjurac and Divlja Patka can be seen. Around the lake you can observe Zelena žuna, Češljugar, Crvenoglavi djetlić and much more. In winter, however, more rare duck species such as Krunata Patka, Glavata Patka, Patka Kreketaljka and with a bit of luck also Patka Njorka can be found.

Decksteiner Weiher is easy to reach by bike from Cologne (Köln). You can also get there easily by car. Click on a P in the map for directions to a parking. A circular walk around the lake is about 5 km.
