Reserve Naturelle des Marais de Tasdon/La Moulinette, a stone's throw from the ocean and the city of La Rochelle, offers a diversity of habitats for a large number of bird species. During the breeding season, many species nest in these marshes such as Vlastelica , Modronoga Sabljarka , Utva , Divlja Patka , Patka Kreketaljka , Crvenokljuni Labud , Liska , Mali Gnjurac , Kulik Sljepčić , or even the Mala Bijela Čaplja. On the passerine side, we can find the Šivalica , Svilorepa , Žutarica or even Grlica. On the surrounding buildings, you can also see a small colony of Piljak and a few pairs of Čiopa.
In winter, a completely different atmosphere sets in. It is the turn of ducks, gulls and waders to take their place. These include Patka Žličarka , Patka Kreketaljka , Kržulja , Siva Guska , Kokošica , Veliki Vranac , Siva Čaplja , Velika Bijela Čaplja , Mala Bijela Čaplja , Šljuka Kokošica , Mala Prutka , Crnokrila Prutka , Krivokljuna Prutka , Crvenonoga Prutka . The 6 species of Gulls are also present: Riječni Galeb , Crnoglavi Galeb , Burni Galeb , Galeb Klaukavac , Galeb klaukavac , Mali tamnoleđi galeb , Veliki tamnoleđi galeb. Other small species like the Crnoglavi Batić , Bijela Pastirica , Vodomar , Močvarna Strnadica , Mali Drozd.
During the migration period, one can encounter particularly interesting species, such as the Sjenica Mošnjarka , Čižak , Sjeverna Zeba , Batokljun , Ševa Krunica. The Šarenokrili azijski zviždak can be found in the bushes with Brezov Zviždak and Zviždak.

Français: Situés à 1,5 Km de l'océan, cette réserve naturelle composée de marais d'eaux douce et saumatre, de longues haies, de zones boisée et d'un étang. Cette reseve naturelle, à deux pas de l'océan et de la ville de La Rochelle offre une divesité d'habitats pour un grand nombre d'éspèces. Durant la période de reproduction, de très nombreuses éspèces nichent dans ces marais comme les Vlastelica , Modronoga Sabljarka , Utva , Divlja Patka , Patka Kreketaljka , Crvenokljuni Labud , Liska , Mali Gnjurac , Kulik Sljepčić , ou encore l'Mala Bijela Čaplja.
